  1. We need a coded gate. There have been prowlers recently and the police have been called.

    1. I believe that all mobile home parks should offer, plus have some kind of protection in place for the safety of all types of Mobile Home Parks!! We now live in a World if Chaos, and some really scary and dangerous individuals. Seniors should be able to feel safe where they live. I agree with you!

    1. This area along with many others are always going to find that if the crooks get just one chance to either steal our goods then by all means their gonna do it!! I'm tired of being sick and tired of constantly living in fear of; either the thieves taking our stuff, and if they can't find anything to steal real quick, then we should be "VERY SCARED" of the fact that it doesn't take much for them to break in and either hurt us or KILL us for just a small amount of "anything" that we may have. For the seniors this is an awful lot for them to constantly be afraid and worried about!! Something has definitely got to be done, we who live in the mobile home parks pay to live there, these places should absolutely have in place some kind of security and protection for every single resident that resides in these places!!!

  4. I believe the park is moving in the right direction.. The new blood is mixing with the old and we have tremendous neighbors. People do come in but with the Neighborhood Watch and commentments of the ownership along with the commentment to improve from the residents the change is here and it's now Home to us and all the friends too much fun being a senior in Westlake Villiage MHP. Great work Tony and Emma and all the crew.
